Thank you for choosing iMOVE4health for your movement health needs. We would like to remind you that the purchase of a video is strictly for individual use and may come with a time restriction for access. Sharing or reproducing our videos without permission is prohibited. As a viewer of our movement specialist’s videos, you understand and acknowledge that any form of exercise entails certain inherent risks. You agree to participate in the exercises at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injury or damages that may occur. By purchasing any video or online content, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the liability waiver and accept the risks associated with your participation. You waive any and all claims against iMOVE4health and our movement specialists and associated partners for any injury or damages that you may incur as a result of participating in any of our activities.

Voluntary participation

Before participating in this or any other exercise program, individuals should consult with a physician. I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen and requested to participate in the purchased video exercise course, class, workshop, event, or other activity sponsored by iMOVE4health. This waiver covers attendance or participation in person or online.

Acknowlegment

I am aware that participation in the movement videos, video courses, class, workshop, event, or activity may be hazardous. I acknowledge that a certain minimum level of physical health, strength, fitness, and flexibility will be required. I represent that I possess the level of health, strength, fitness, and flexibility necessary to participate in these activities. I understand and acknowledge that in the context of movement based exercise videos no adjustment can be specifically made for my individual ability. I will therefore review the content and ensure it is appropriate for me before I part-take. If working in person class teachers may physically adjust and correct the student and should I not wish this to happen, it is my responsibility to notify the teacher at the start of the class. I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the risks of injury. I assume all responsibility and liability for any and all injuries I may sustain due to my participation in these activities.

Release

In consideration for being permitted to participate (online and in person) in any and all movement classes, workshop, event, or activity, I agree that I, my heirs, assignees, guardians, and legal representatives will not make any claim against, sue, or attach the property of, any of the hosts, instructors, organisers, or participants in the movement class, workshop, event, video or activity including but not limited to iMOVE4health and its creator Faye Ballard, for injury or damage resulting from my participation in movement videos, movement classes, workshop, event, or activity. I release all such hosts, instructors, organisers, and participants, their agents and heirs, from any and all actions, causes of action, lawsuits, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives now have or hereafter may have for any and all injury, illness, loss of or damage to property associated with my participation in the movement videos and classes, workshop, event, or activity. I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware and agree that it is a complete release of liability for any injuries or damages I may sustain due to movement classes, workshops, events, and activities with iMOVE4health and all such hosts, instructors, organisers, and participants.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above under my own free will.

By purchasing videos and or booking and participating in any classes or events held by iMOVE4health you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer.
