If you would like to work towards enhancing your movement, whether its for rehabilitation, sporting performance or general health, we will start with a through discussion your previous movement exposure, any limiting factors in your health and lifestyle and work towards finding movement solutions that can help you with your movement goals.

The session includes an interview and functional movement assessment and discussion of findings.

(note in most cases a follow up session is needed for an actionable plan to be set up and discussed/taught).
